This goofy cow is the first of my stoneware sculptures, wheelthrown into a closed form and then modified. 4 underglazes and 9 glazes have been used. Cute cows with big fluffy ears are such an integral part of the Swiss landscape whenever I go hiking here.

The satire is now complete with a "Burger-essender Bürger" vase (a wordplay in German; also wheelthrown and modified) and its companion handbuilt Burger. The series was inspired by the phrase "There is a vegetarian hidden in everyone".
